Adult Washrooms - Part 1:

There are many points to consider when specifying an adult cubicle system, such as the overall cubicle height to ensure a sufficient amount of privacy.

A minimal space between floor / ceiling and cubicle system is encouraged for increased user privacy. For hygienic and safety reasons, Cubicle Centre would NOT recommend using full floor-to-ceiling height cubicles.

Our toilet cubicles are designed to allow a reasonable airflow to prevent the build up of bad smells.

All our cubicle systems allow for emergency access should a pupil fall ill (e.g. faint inside the cubicle) and become trapped in the cubicle - blocking the door from opening.

The cubicle door hinges can be set to

allow doors to open inwards or outwards and have a lift-off facility for improved safety.

An overall cubicle height of 2100mm provides advanced privacy; whilst the 100mm reduced floor clearance offers users greater personal security.

Partitions and front panels are Stone Grey with cubicle doors available in four exciting new colours: Blueberry, Kiwifruit, Mango or Dragon Fruit.

Zest - Material Guide:

The Zest washroom system is manufactured from 18mm thick, high performance melamine faced chipboard.

A maximum depth of 1800mm can be achieved for dividing partitions.

High impact 2.0mm PVC edging is applied to all panels in Stone Grey.

MFC is NOT suitable for use in shower areas. Compact grade laminate must be specified for wet area applications.
